Nerissa A. Greene is a graduate from Queens College and in 2008, she became a partner with Halsbury Chambers. She obtained an Associate of Arts Degree (Hons) from the College of The Bahamas and a Dual Honours Degree in Business Administration & Management and LLB (Hons) from the University of Keele, Staffordshire, England. Nerissa was called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Bahamas Bar in 2000. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. Nerissa was also admitted to the State of Albany, New York Bar in August 2004.

Nerissa has extensive legal experience concentrated in the areas of Banking and Compliance Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution, Family Law, Adoption/Child Custody, Divorce and Matrimonial, Insurance Litigation, Financial Services Law and Financial Trusts Litigation, Law of Insolvency, Mortgages, Real Estate and Employment Law. She has represented both local and international clients in a number of complex litigious cases. In addition, she provides legal advice and counsel to major international and local financial service providers and corporations in the area of debt recovery, asset-tracing and property seizures.

Nerissa is a host on "Pandora's Box" a popular Radio talk show in The Bahamas which discusses topical legal issues and addresses concerns from the general community. As a radio personality, Nerissa has been requested to speak at various Legal Forums and Seminars. She has held the position as Secretary on the Board of Directors of Success Training College and is a volunteer as a Legal Consultant for the Civil Society. Her hobbies include reading, traveling and marathon running.
